Gateway.BatteryPercentageHelper Method (eGatewayBattery, double)

Description

returns a percentage from the voltage given to know if the gateway is using it's battery or not @param batteryType This shows if the gateway is using a direct line or a battery back up @param reportedVoltage This is the voltage given when the gateway checks in
